C4L announces its 100Gbps connectivity to Bournemouth.

C4L is increasing the capacity across the South and South West of England by running 100Gbps of capacity to Bournemouth, Southampton, Basingstoke and eventually Brighton. Designed to be able to support up to 800Gbps, this new network is able to support over 1,000,000 homes and users.

November 2007

C4L launches its sales for its new Bournemouth datacentre due to go live in Q3 2008. The data centre is the first Tier 2 colocation data centre in Dorset and leads the way for future sites in the area.

Connexions 4 London takes the Central London data centre. C4L has snapped up all of the space at ULCC's Central London datacentre. With a lack of colocation space in the surrounding areas, this provides the ideal location for local businesses wishing to colocate.

Connexions 4 London wins the bid to provide PlayTV's new IPTV platform in the UK. C4L are providing all of the IT infrastructure including DSL, Streaming and colocation to support one of the UK's largest IPTV rollouts.
